Ebiatar is highlighted by a ruby color that gives way to amazing purity of flavor and unusual richness on the palate. Ultra-ripe Petit Verdot dominates the blend, with its power softened by the wine’s velvety texture. The wine is supremely elegant, with refined, supple tannins framing an intensely fruit-driven core.
